HighBrook Investors has secured a €154.5 million refinancing with Berlin Hyp for The Collection, its portfolio of prime office buildings in Amsterdam.

Berlin Hyp, part of LBBW, is acting as arranger and lender for the new facility, which has a term of up to five years. The financing replaces existing borrowings and supports HighBrook’s continued ownership and active management of the portfolio.

Developed by HighBrook and REB Projects, The Collection comprises ten historic office buildings in some of Amsterdam’s most sought‑after locations. The assets combine distinctive architecture with contemporary workspace, shared amenities and hospitality services. Through a membership model, occupiers can access facilities across the portfolio, including meeting rooms, lounges and fitness spaces.

Robert Giusti, partner and head of Europe at HighBrook Investors, said The Collection reflects the firm’s approach to value creation through repositioning and active management of well‑located real estate. He added that securing the refinancing with Berlin Hyp demonstrates institutional lender confidence in high‑quality, well‑located office assets.

The refinancing follows two recent disposals in Amsterdam. In September, HighBrook completed the off‑market sale of Pand Noord, a 10,000 sq m office property in Amsterdam North, to a Dutch investor after repositioning it and integrating it into The Collection. The firm also sold Hoogte Kadijk, a 1,363 sq m office building acquired in 2019, to a private investor. Both transactions reflect HighBrook’s active portfolio management strategy and its focus on creating value through asset repositioning and selective disposals.

HighBrook was advised by Loyens & Loeff on the financing and the transactions.
