This acquisition adds nearly 100,000 m2 to Hillwood's portfolio, bringing its total to over 2.1 mln m2.
The two fully leased properties are now known as Hillwood Wrocław City I and Hillwood Wrocław City II.
This move is part of Hillwood Poland's broader expansion strategy, which has seen the company acquire a total of 300,000 m2 of logistics assets this year, including projects in Silesia and Gdańsk, as it continues to grow its development and acquisition activities in prime Polish locations.
Lower Silesia continues to be a highly diverse and active logistics hub in Central Europe, driven by its robust manufacturing industry, expanding e-commerce, and easy access to major EU markets.
Hubert Michalak, president of Hillwood Poland, said: “The Hillwood team in Poland has made 2025 another strong year despite market challenges. While acquisitions exceeded €200 mln, we continue to develop new projects and remain active in leasing operations, having concluded around 40 agreements. Lower Silesia is today one of the key logistics hubs in Central Europe, and Wrocław has long attracted companies scaling their operations across international markets. The transaction with Blackstone strengthens the foundations of our portfolio and accelerates the execution of our long-term strategy for asset value growth.”
The transaction received advisory services from Addleshaw Goddard and CBRE. Clifford Chance, Poland, provided advice to Blackstone and Logicor, the manager of the sold properties.
