Hillwood Poland has completed the sale of a four‑asset logistics portfolio totalling almost 200,000 sq m of warehouse and office space, in a transaction valued at €150 million.

Hillwood, Łódź Górna
The disposal reflects continued international investor demand for high‑quality logistics assets across Poland’s core distribution markets.
The portfolio comprises Hillwood Łódź Górna, Hillwood Wrocław City I, Hillwood Wrocław City II and Hillwood Bieruń, located across Central Poland, Wrocław and Upper Silesia. The assets are designed to meet the requirements of major international occupiers.
Hubert Michalak, President of Hillwood Poland, said the sale underscores the strength of Poland’s logistics fundamentals. “This transaction confirms that high‑quality logistics properties in Poland continue to attract global capital. We are consistently expanding our platform through new developments and strategic acquisitions, while actively managing the value of our assets. The sale enables us to recycle capital efficiently and deploy it into further projects, strengthening Hillwood’s position in the Polish market.”
The buyer is a US real estate investment company focused on commercial properties leased under long‑term agreements. The acquisition highlights sustained international interest in Poland’s logistics sector and reinforces its role within the wider European industrial market.
