Hils Sunrise, a sustainable project near the Anghel Saligny metro station and Pallady shopping area, will feature over 700 units ranging from studios to duplexes. Designed for urban comfort, it will include 4,500 m² of green spaces, pedestrian-only walkways, playgrounds, and a 544-space underground parking lot. The apartments will offer contemporary amenities like large windows, underfloor heating, and storage units.
Photovoltaic panels in common areas will enhance energy efficiency and lower costs. Hils Sunrise is Hils Development's first nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building) standard-compliant project and has received Green Homes pre-certification from the Romanian Green Building Council, ensuring high sustainability, energy efficiency, living quality, a healthy indoor climate, reduced utility costs, and superior construction.
This is the third collaboration between Hils Development and Libra Internet Bank.
Bogdan Bălașa, general manager of Hils Development, said: "The financing provided by Libra Internet Bank for HILS Sunrise allows us to accelerate the works already underway and maintain a sustained pace of execution. In parallel, we can direct our equity towards starting new projects, in line with our strategy of expanding and diversifying the portfolio."
Cristina Mahika-Voiconi, general manager of Libra Internet Bank, added: "We are delighted to continue our collaboration with HILS Development by supporting a modern project, such as HILS Sunrise, which brings a significant addition to the eastern area of the Capital. We appreciate our partner’s concern to offer not only comfortable homes but also a sustainable lifestyle.”
Founded by Ionuț Negoiță, Hils Development has built over 12,000 homes in eastern Bucharest.
