Home REIT has officially confirmed it has entered into an exclusivity agreement with Patron Capital in respect of the disposal of the majority of its property portfolio.

London
In reaction to recent press speculation, the London-based investor in the UK social housing sector said it aims to sell approximately 700 of its 853 properties for an indicative price of £123.0 mln (€142.9 mln).
The company stated that while the terms of the disposal are not yet finalised, this agreement marks a significant step in its sales process. The remaining properties in Home REIT's portfolio were valued at £18.25 mln (€21.2 mln) in a draft valuation report prepared by Jones Lang LaSalle as of August 31, 2025.
Home REIT emphasised that discussions with Patron Capital are ongoing, and there is no certainty that a transaction will be agreed upon or as to the final terms. Therefore, this update should not be construed as a definitive announcement of a transaction.
The Board of Home REIT expects the sales process to conclude in the fourth quarter of 2025 or early 2026.
