Immobel sells office building in Brussels 

Belgian real estate developer Immobel has announced the sale of a 12,000 m2 office building, known as the "Justice building," to Elia Transmission Belgium.

This building is part of Immobel's 100%-owned Lebeau project in Brussels.

The 36,000 m2 Lebeau project, situated between Mont des Arts and the Grand Sablon, is a major urban regeneration initiative. It aims to transform a previously isolated, single-use city block into a dynamic mixed-use destination featuring offices, residential units, retail spaces, and public parking. Over the past year, Immobel has secured a long-term lease with Bain & Company, selling the underground public parking, and successfully launching the residential component.

The Justice building is being developed as a fossil-free, future-ready office space, emphasising environmental performance, circularity, and an enhanced user experience. It boasts abundant natural light and flexible layouts to promote occupant well-being. A shared landscaped inner garden will boost biodiversity and bring a sense of openness back to the heart of the block.

This office building is integral to a larger urban renewal effort that seeks to reconnect Brussels' upper city with its historic city centre.

The Lebeau project introduces a more open and diverse urban environment, where offices, housing, and retail are arranged around an active ground level and landscaped interior spaces. Its location also offers excellent multi-modal accessibility, with Brussels Central Station just a two-minute walk away and numerous public transport connections nearby.
