Belgian real estate developer Immobel and its 50/50 joint venture partner, Universale, have announced the sale of Central Point, a fully-let office building in Warsaw's Central Business District, for €107 mln.

Central Point, Warsaw
This transaction represents one of the few office deals in Warsaw exceeding €100 mln since 2022.
Central Point, strategically located at the intersection of Warsaw's two metro lines (Marszałkowska / świętokrzyska), is considered the best-connected site in the Polish capital. Designed by Arquitectonica and Biuro Projektowe Kazimierski i Ryba, the tower provides approximately 19,300 m² of modern office space, along with integrated retail and parking. Its prime central location offers unparalleled access to public transport, amenities, cultural venues, and green areas.
The building boasts strong ESG credentials, holding a BREEAM Excellent certification. Its design and operation prioritise energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, occupant well-being, and responsible construction, aligning fully with Immobel's sustainability goals. Central Point is also a key contributor to the ongoing revitalisation of Warsaw's city centre into a dynamic, diverse, and internationally appealing business hub.
