Swiss construction and real estate company Implenia has secured over €200 mln in new building contracts across Germany.

HEAVEN office district, Munich
Among the key projects is the Munich Office District (HEAVEN). Implenia will serve as the general contractor for the Rock Capital Group, transforming a former commercial site into a 28,000 m² office district. This involves both new construction and extensive modernization of existing, historic buildings, with a focus on energy efficiency and architectural quality. The project aims for LEED Platinum certification and is expected to start construction by late 2025, with phased completion from 2027.
In a joint venture, Implenia will construct the Brandenburg Office Building, a new turnkey office building designed for a modern and sustainable work environment. In the Ruhr Region, Implenia is building a large, turnkey comprehensive school for six school years.
The company is also constructing the Frankfurt am Main Sports Hall, a turnkey six-field sports hall and associated facilities for two grammar schools. In Mainz, it is building the Mainz Residential Project (Rheinwiesen living), five residential buildings with Rhine River views at the Zollhafen site. Additional contracts include a residential complex for the elderly in Magdeburg and an exhibition and sales building for the Stark Group in Nuremberg.
Implenia specializes in developing, constructing, and managing residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Switzerland and Germany.
