Industrial and logistics developers Graftongate and Cilldara Group have sold three prime development sites to Blackstone-backed warehouse developer Indurent.

This deal will enable the creation of 43,758 m2 of Grade A industrial space across the UK.
Graftongate will be responsible for delivering the forward-funded portfolio, which includes 14 new units spread across sites in the Midlands, North West, and Greater London. These developments are scheduled for phased completion between October 2026 and May 2027.
The forward funded portfolio features an 8,361 m2 single unit in Walsall (West Midlands), expected to be completed in autumn 2026; an 18,487 m2 single unit in Knowsley (Merseyside), with completion anticipated in Q1 2027; and 12 units totalling 16,908 m2 in Byfleet (London), expected to be completed in summer 2027.
All units will meet the highest environmental standards, targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ rating. Each development will incorporate advanced sustainability features, operational efficiency measures, and the flexibility needed to support contemporary occupier demands.
