The original €20 mln promissory note issued in 2023 has been replaced by a new €45 mln note, successfully extending the company’s long-term funding.

The transaction was managed and syndicated by Sparkasse Hannover.

Participating investors include institutional lenders from both the German savings bank (Sparkassen) and cooperative bank (Volksbanken) sectors.

By closing this placement ahead of schedule, Instone Group has fortified its financial foundation and expanded its network of long-term banking partners.

David Dreyfus, CFO of Instone Group, commented: "Our target volume of €30 mln was significantly exceeded, with the transaction ultimately reaching €45 mln. The strong level of investor demand and the participation of new financing partners, who had not previously been involved in Instone Group’s corporate financing, reflect the banking sector's confidence in our business model and our strategic positioning as one of Germany's leading residential real estate developers.”
