Intreal appoints Jan Ferdinand as executive director of sales

Real estate manager Intreal has appointed Jan Ferdinand as its new executive director of sales, effective October 1, to bolster its sales team.

Ferdinand brings approximately 25 years of experience from prominent banks and investment firms in Germany and Switzerland, having held senior roles and successfully established and expanded sales structures. 
His expertise in institutional client business will support Intreal's strategic evolution into a real asset platform and its expanding product offerings.

This strategic evolution requires a larger team of qualified specialists – including in the sales and client relations division.”
In July 2025, Intreal expanded its sales team by hiring Julia Eickmeyer as Director of Client Relationship Management.
