IPUT secures major lease renewal

IPUT Real Estate has agreed a significant lease renewal with Interpath at Two Riverside, reinforcing strong 2026 leasing momentum at the landmark Dublin office building.

Interpath occupies the 10,200 sq ft Studio Penthouse Floor and has extended its existing three‑year agreement, due to expire in December 2026, for a further five years. In addition, a leading ecommerce platform has taken 12,000 sq ft on the fifth floor.

The agreements form part of a strong year of leasing activity at Two Riverside, with IPUT completing 37,000 sq ft of renewals and 30,000 sq ft of new Studio lettings across the 73,000 sq ft building. Existing occupiers include Beauchamps LLP and a major global online travel and technology company.

Michael Clarke of IPUT Real Estate said demand for the company’s Studio platform continues to grow as occupiers prioritise high‑quality, amenity‑rich and flexible workspace in central Dublin. He described Interpath’s recommitment as a strong endorsement of the Studio offering and reflective of the broader momentum across the platform.

Kieran Wallace, managing director and head of Interpath in Ireland, said the extended lease reaffirms the firm’s long‑term commitment to Dublin and the wider Irish market. He noted that the space provides an outstanding base for collaboration and client service as the team continues to expand.

Two Riverside has recently undergone a major investment programme, including a redesigned reception, Technogym‑equipped fitness suite, landscaped courtyard and upgraded end‑of‑trip facilities. The building is fully electrified and powered by 100% renewable energy. Following the upgrade works, it has achieved LEED Operations and Maintenance Gold certification.
