Jan W. Peter takes over as COO of ULI Europe

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) has named Jan W. Peter as its European chief operating officer.

Peter brings two decades of real estate experience, most recently serving as VP of Global Operations for CoreNet Global. 
His background also includes residential real estate investment, leadership roles at flexible workspace provider Regus, and early career experience in the hospitality industry, including positions at Princess Cruises and Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts.
Based in London, he will focus on improving the member experience, streamlining ULI Europe's operations, and overseeing member networks, events, marketing, and finances.
