Jitka Steinmetz appointed COO at Manova Partners

International real estate investment manager Manova Partners has appointed Jitka Steinmetz as its new COO.

In her new role, Steinmetz will oversee Manova Partners' operational business, focusing on improving processes, organisational structures, governance, and technological infrastructure.
Steinmetz brings over 15 years of international experience in senior operational and management positions. She previously served as COO at a prominent digital strategies and software development provider, where she managed operations across Germany, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, overseeing 1,500 employees and €140 mln in sales. Her background also includes a role as director of Operations at McKinsey & Company, where she led operations in several Central European countries.
