Joanna Leńkowska appointed Workthere Poland lead

Joanna Leńkowska has been named the new lead for Workthere in Poland, Savills' flexible office division.

Leńkowska brings significant experience from the flexible office sector, having previously worked at CitySpace (Echo Investment) and WeWork. She has a proven track record of successfully launching and leasing new office locations, achieving high occupancy rates. Her recent accomplishments include the launch of CitySpace's Novo location and the expansion at Rondo 1, adding over 2,400 m2 of flexible office space and nearly 400 workstations to the market. 
Before her career in real estate, Leńkowska spent 14 years in the aviation industry, supporting corporate and government clients in the Middle East.
The Workthere.pl platform offers a wide selection of flexible office spaces in Poland's major cities, allowing users to quickly compare serviced offices and coworking spaces. 
Additionally, Workthere offers strategic advice to operators and property owners looking to incorporate flexible office solutions, including analysing building potential, selecting operating models, structuring commercial offers, and developing market entry strategies.
