European modern logistics provider Logicenters has appointed Johan Warfvinge as its new head of Development.

In this role, he will oversee the company's development activities throughout the Nordics, focusing on initiating new projects and enhancing current facilities.
Warfvinge comes to Logicenters from Zeppelin, where he served as head of Real Estate. He also has significant experience from leadership positions at Wellbo and Wästbygg, bringing a strong background in property development and project management within both the construction and logistics industries.
As head of Development, Johan will be in charge of project development, which includes property design, construction processes, procurement, and spearheading innovation and sustainability efforts in upcoming logistics projects.
