Berlin-based investment and asset manager Juniqo Invest aims to purchase residential property portfolios valued at up to €30 mln over the next six months.

Juniqo Invest
Their primary focus is on acquiring well-maintained, contiguous residential complexes in Berlin and promising cities and regions across Eastern Germany. They are also interested in divided residential portfolios and have already secured exclusive agreements for several potential acquisitions.
This strategic focus on Berlin and Eastern Germany is driven by several factors: Berlin's status as a dynamic European metropolis with high housing demand, and Eastern German cities offering stable conditions, consistent rental growth, and appealing return opportunities. Juniqo Invest specifically targets residential complexes where they can add value through active asset management.
In line with these acquisition plans, Juniqo Invest is also refining its existing portfolio. They intend to sell approximately 150 apartments in Northern Bavaria and a development project in Bad Tölz. The goal is to concentrate their portfolio on their core regions of Berlin and Eastern Germany, freeing up capital for new investments.
Nino Nowack, founder and managing director of Juniqo Invest, stated: “We currently see a very interesting market environment that presents opportunities for investors with a clear strategy. Especially in Berlin and the growth regions of Eastern Germany, we can not only expand our portfolio quantitatively through targeted acquisitions but also sharpen it qualitatively. The exclusivity agreements we have already secured demonstrate that we were able to identify and secure attractive properties at an early stage. We want to use the coming months to further expand our market position through acquisitions and to create sustainable value for our investors and partners.”
He added: “With the planned disposal of non-strategic properties, we are sending a clear signal for our growth strategy. We are focusing on markets in which we can leverage synergies in the long term, increase rental income, and create sustainable structures. The sales in Northern Bavaria and Bad Tölz allow us to invest even more specifically in our core markets.”
Juniqo Invest partners with co-investors to develop both existing properties and new construction projects. While their primary focus is residential assets, they also make targeted investments in commercial real estate. The company currently manages a portfolio of around 1,000 residential and commercial units, valued at over €120 mln.
