K-Fastigheter is selling two apartment buildings in Gothenburg, Sweden, to the property company Willhem for SEK 875 million (€81 million).

Göteborg Sävenäs
The Göteborg Sävenäs 131:12 and Göteborg Sävenäs 131:13 properties, totaling 294 apartments, a commercial space, and parking facilities, were built using K-Fastigheter's "Lateral low-rise" design.
The sale includes two properties totaling 16,643 m², comprising 294 apartments, a 252 m² commercial space, and 183 parking spaces (both above and below ground). These properties generate SEK 46.4 million (€4.3 million) in annual rental income.
Both properties were built using K-Fastigheter's proprietary "Lateral low-rise" design, one of their three in-house building concepts, along with "Apartment block" and "Low-rise."
The sale, to be finalized on June 30, resulted in a net gain of SEK 289 million (€26.7 million) for K-Fastigheter, despite a small book value loss of SEK 2 million (€184,000).
Jacob Karlsson, CEO of K-Fastigheter, stated: "I am very pleased to be able to carry out this transaction, which demonstrates the attractiveness of our concept houses. Willhem is a large and reputable actor with a focus on housing, which provides tenants with security as they get a new landlord."
