Kadens Capital secures €75m investment from Townsend Group

Global real asset advisor and manager Townsend Group has announced a strategic partnership with Frankfurt-based real estate private equity firm Kadens Capital.

Through its flagship Secondaries and GP Capital Solutions fund, TRECS IV, Townsend Group has committed €75 mln to support this partnership. The collaboration will focus on real estate assets, secondaries, and investments in operating platforms.
This alliance combines Townsend's extensive global real estate knowledge and institutional investment infrastructure with Kadens Capital's specialised European market expertise and local investment capabilities. Together, Townsend Group and Kadens Capital plan to identify, structure, and execute promising investment opportunities across major European markets, including Germany, France, Iberia, Scandinavia, and the UK.
