Global real estate business Kajima and Irish property developer Bartra have completed a 258-unit housing development in Belmayne, Dublin.

O’Neill Court offers 50 social and 208 private homes with amenities like a gym, media room, and concierge service.
Built by John Sisk & Son and designed by McCrossan O’Rourke Manning Architects, the sustainable development features green spaces, playgrounds, ample bike storage, and EV-compatible parking.
O'Neill Court is expected to achieve LEED Gold and WiredScore certifications.
The two partners have secured €100 mln in green financing from Allied Irish Bank for the project.
Dwayne McAleer, managing director, Kajima Ireland, said: "Bartra’s market leading development experience enables Kajima to extract value at all stages of the development cycle, and we are actively working together to identify further partnership opportunities."
Mike Flannery, CEO, Bartra, added: “Bartra is delighted to have partnered with Kajima on this project, providing both finance and development management services. With both Clongriffin Dart Station and the Belmayne Bus Connects route right next door, this will be a truly sustainable community.”
This project contributes to addressing Ireland's housing shortage, echoing Kajima's involvement in delivering social housing elsewhere in the country.
