Kallenvret to lead Savills’ Nordics Capital Markets team

Savills has hired Patrik Kallenvret to lead its Nordics Capital Markets team starting November 15, 2025.

Kallenvret is a highly respected real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including complex deals involving both properties and real estate companies. 
He joins Savills from CBRE, where he was managing director and led the Nordics Capital Markets division. His prior roles include positions at DTZ and Catella Corporate Finance.
Based in Stockholm, he will collaborate with Swedish CEO Niklas Samuelsson and the capital markets division led by Carolina Herling, together with Savills Denmark and Savills associates in Norway (Malling) and Finland (Axiom Advisors).

Following Patrik Kallenvret's departure, CBRE has appointed Bojan Ticic and Johanna Jonsson as interim co-heads of its Capital Markets team in Sweden. Both are senior directors with significant experience and will maintain the team's high level of service to clients.
