KanAm Grund Group and Barceló Hotel Group have formed a strategic partnership to expand their hotel portfolios across Western and Northern Europe.

This collaboration aims to leverage their combined expertise for new investment opportunities in the hospitality sector.
The joint venture will focus on acquiring 4- and 5-star business and leisure hotels in prime locations within major and secondary cities across Western and Northern Europe. Target markets include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Benelux, UK & Ireland, the Nordics, and Italy. Investment strategies will vary, ranging from operator changes and refurbishments to complete redevelopments, including conversions of office buildings into hotels.
Following these acquisitions, the Barceló Hotel Group will manage the hotel operations under long-term lease agreements, ensuring consistent operations, high guest satisfaction, and sustained value for all involved parties.
