Karin Archer joins BlueCastle Capital as CFOO

UK BTR developer and investment manager BlueCastle Capital has hired Karen Archer as its chief financial and operating officer.

Archer brings over 20 years of real estate investment management experience, including her recent role as Global COO of Global Real Estate at Schroders Capital.
Her expertise spans financial strategy, operations, regulatory oversight, and global fund structures.
At BlueCastle, she will oversee finance and operations, supporting the company's growth and ensuring strong governance and investor reporting.
Archer is a qualified accountant with board experience and has previously worked at JP Morgan and AIG.
