Kingstone Real Estate acquires urban district in Rosenheim

Kingstone Real Estate has purchased the commercial complex within the recently completed Lokhöfe district in Rosenheim, Upper Bavaria, for a special fund.

Developed and sold by S&P Commercial Development, the transaction's price remains undisclosed.
The Lokhöfe complex, finalised in 2024, offers approximately 16,600 m2 of usable space, comprising office, hotel, and retail units. Its central location near Rosenheim train station is enhanced by a prominent office tower, the Sky-Forrest parking garage with extensive landscaping, and DGNB Gold certification.
The acquired commercial complex specifically includes the office, hotel, and retail areas on Development Plot 5, and the office tower with its adjacent multi-story car park on Development Plot 6. Notably, tenants in the complex include Premier Inn Hotel, Edeka, and the German Institute for Federal Real Estate. The broader Lokhöfe development also features separate student and senior living facilities built by Instone and BayernCare.
