Klövern appoints Frida Göransson as new CFO

Swedish housing and development company Klövern has announced the appointment of Frida Göransson as its new CFO, effective 1 June 2026.

Göransson, who previously served as Klövern's Head of Controlling and Governance, brings over 20 years of experience in auditing, finance, and governance, with the last decade spent in senior roles within the property sector.

Her new role as CFO will encompass responsibility for Klövern's accounting, reporting, controlling, and financial management, and she will join the company's management team. Before joining Klövern in early 2025, Göransson was the CFO at Qarlbo Property.

Klövern has a portfolio of approximately 19,000 building rights and over 600 homes under management, primarily operating in the Stockholm area, with additional presence in Uppsala, Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Linköping, and Nyköping.
