Knight Frank expands London & South East Logistics & Industrial team

Knight Frank is strengthening its Logistics & Industrial services in London and the South East by expanding its occupational agency team and creating a unified service line.

The enhanced team, led by Gus Haslam (Head of London Agency for Logistics & Industrial), now includes nine specialists dedicated to the London and South East markets. By consolidating its multidisciplinary experts into one team, Knight Frank aims to provide clients with easier access to a broader range of specialised knowledge and services.

To support this growth, Knight Frank has brought on Nick Train as a Senior Surveyor. Nick joins from Vokins, where he spent four years as a specialist Surveyor, also having experience in industrial occupier advisory at Zapp. Valentina Pini has also joined as a Surveyor, focusing on London and the South East.

This team will collaborate closely with Charles Binks, head of the National Industrial Agency.

Furthermore, Knight Frank has bolstered its London Lease Advisory department with the addition of Matt Rickman as a partner. This four-person team, co-led by partners Simon Warren and Tom Adamson, offers lease renegotiation and rent review support to both industrial occupiers and landlords across various sectors.
