Real estate manager Kryalos has purchased 13 last-mile logistics properties in Northern Italy from real estate developer Logiman, totalling about 107,000 m2.

Logiman logistics asset purchased by Kryalos
The portfolio includes five logistics assets in San Pietro Mosezzo, Orbassano and Oleggio in one of northern Italy's main commercial corridors.
These properties are strategically located in Lombardy, Veneto, Piedmont, and Emilia-Romagna, regions known for their excellent infrastructure and closeness to major motorways and logistics centres.
The portfolio includes 11 existing, newly built properties that meet high standards for quality, energy efficiency, and environmental impact. These properties are BREEAM certified and feature photovoltaic systems.
Two additional properties, covering approximately 35,000 m2, are expected to be completed between 2026 and 2027.
All the current assets are leased to prominent national and international logistics companies.
Gianluca Vairani, senior managing director, Transaction Management of Kryalos, said: “The acquisition of these high-quality assets, located in strategic areas for Italian distribution and supply chains, further strengthens our presence in the logistics sector, one of the pillars of Kryalos’ investment strategy. We will continue to invest in properties that meet the needs of a sector that is constantly evolving and increasingly central to the country’s economy.”
White & Case advised Kryalos on the sale.
