These acquisitions, made through a Blackstone-affiliated fund, include sites in Rho (Milano), Secugnago (Lodi), and Parma.
The three assets collectively offer over 53,000 m2 of gross leasable area and 137 loading bays, strategically located near major highway connections. All properties are fully leased to prominent national and international logistics companies.
Including a previously held property in Monticelli d'Ongina, the fund now manages over 76,000 m2 of logistics space, strengthening Kryalos's position in the Italian logistics real estate market.
Gianluca Vairani, senior managing director of Transaction Management and head of ESG at Kryalos, said: "We firmly believe in the dynamism of the logistics sector and the role it can play in supporting the Italian economy. The addition of the Parma, Secugnago, and Rho properties to this portfolio represents an important step in strengthening our exposure to high-demand areas, providing operators with modern, functional, well-located spaces capable of supporting the needs of an evolving market."
