Italian artisanal food company Panealba acquired the property.

The asset spans approximately 37,000 m2 and boasts a strategic location in Lower Piedmont, with direct access to the A33 Asti-Cuneo motorway.

CBRE's Investment Properties Logistics Italy team sourced this opportunity and managed the entire transaction process for both parties.

Silvia Gandellini, head of Capital Markets Italy at CBRE, stated: "The Italian logistics market is attracting increasingly diversified capital, with growing interest from entrepreneurial firms. They recognise industrial real estate as a valuable investment opportunity, favouring well-located and strategic assets."

Vittorino De Stefano, head of Investment Properties Logistics Italy at CBRE, stated: "In a market characterised by geopolitical uncertainty, domestic capital offers a valid alternative for capital enhancement. In this sense, investments in operating properties are demonstrating strong resilience."
