Italian asset manager Kryalos SGR has sold a portfolio of five logistics properties in Piedmont, Italy, to Hines.

The portfolio, totalling around 135,000 m2, was sold from Kryalos's Mazer Fund and acquired by Hines through the HEPP 1 Italy A fund managed by Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR.
The properties are fully leased and strategically located in Orbassano (near Turin), San Pietro Mosezzo (near Novara), and Oleggio (near Milan and Malpensa Airport). These locations offer excellent access to major transportation routes.
