Krzysztof Dudek has been appointed as a conducting officer at IntReal Luxembourg, effective October 1.

With a career spanning around 20 years in finance, including over a decade as a conducting officer in Luxembourg, he brings extensive experience to the role. Pending CSSF approval, he will oversee Compliance, Risk Management, and Outsourcing Management, succeeding Stephan Schilken.
Dudek's background includes serving as head of Risk Management and Conducting Officer at MUFG Lux Management Company, where he managed risk for over 150 fund vehicles totaling approximately €20 bn in assets.
More recently, he was risk director and conducting officer at EQT Fund Management, also holding the position of Group risk director for the EQT Group. His appointment reflects a significant step in Intreal's ongoing international expansion.
