Krzysztof Szargawiński joins Avison Young Poland as associate director

Krzysztof Szargawiński, a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience, has joined Avison Young Poland’s Office Agency team as associate director.

In this new role, Krzysztof will spearhead projects for the department in the Wrocław region.
Krzysztof's extensive experience in the Polish commercial real estate market spans two decades, primarily in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Katowice. He has consistently focused on the office sector, specialising in leasing and commercialisation. 
Before joining Avison Young, he held management positions at prominent companies like Develia (formerly LC Corp), Archicom, Echo Investment, and City Space. During his tenure, he oversaw the leasing and commercialisation of significant office buildings such as Arkady Wrocławskie, Wola Centre, Silesia Star, Sky Tower, Retro Office House, and the City Forum complex.
At Avison Young, Krzysztof will concentrate on assisting occupiers in Wrocław and the surrounding region with office relocation projects and lease renegotiations. He is joining a robust and expanding team, currently comprising 11 professionals, led by Robert Pastuszka, Dominik Pawlak, Maksymilian Sobczak, and Przemysław Urbański. Over the last three years, this department has advised on projects totalling more than 105,000 m2.
