LaSalle secures €450m Continental European office mandate

LaSalle Investment Management has been awarded a €450 mln custom account mandate from a German pension fund to invest in Continental Europe's office sector.

Structured through Germany's Institutional Investment Partners (“2IP”) platform, the mandate will target core office properties in premier European markets, focusing primarily on France, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands.

LaSalle won the mandate following a competitive selection process, leveraging its strong European track record.

The strategy will focus on high-quality, centrally located office assets positioned to capture steady occupier demand and limited supply in prime workplace hubs.
