Consultancy Lauder Teacher announced two senior appointments as it continues to expand its operations across the UK and Europe.

The firm, with offices in London, Dublin, and Monaco, has brought on Tina Bauer as associate partner and has promoted Shirin Iqbal to associate partner.
Tina Bauer joins to head the firm's investor relations advisory services, bringing over 15 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, listed company investor relations, and capital markets strategy. Previously, Tina served as head of Investor Relations at Adler Real Estate, a German residential company with over €10 bn in assets, where she advised on equity and debt capital markets transactions, investor engagement, and corporate positioning. She also worked as a real estate equity research analyst at Berenberg, contributing to more than 30 IPOs and capital markets transactions.
Shirin Iqbal, a key member of Lauder Teacher's launch team in December 2024, has been promoted to associate partner to lead the firm's PR and media communications function. She has successfully managed significant accounts for both private and listed clients across the UK and Europe. Shirin's extensive experience spans over 20 years in various communications agencies, including Redwood Consulting, Fishburn Hedges, and London Communications Agency, as well as senior in-house counsel at Mace, where she worked on major global projects such as the Olympics and the World Cup. She has advised developers, investors, consultants, and local authorities on strategic communications, media relations, and reputation management.
