Leumi UK, Cynergy Bank provide €50m to Martley Capital Group

Leumi UK, along with co-lender Cynergy Bank, provided a £42.9 mln (€50.0 mln) loan-on-loan facility to real estate investment management platform Martley Capital Group. 

This refinances Martley's existing loan book, originated by its UK debt vehicle, Tunstall Real Estate Credit II Lendco, and secured against 20 performing real estate assets. 
The loans within the portfolio are performing as expected, with underlying property developments progressing on schedule and capital expenditure projects advancing alongside leasing efforts.
This transaction represents Leumi UK's first portfolio-style loan-on-loan financing.
