Frankfurt-based real estate debt manager LoanLand has appointed Heino Betz as co-managing director alongside Felix Bindrich.

Betz will focus on restructuring distressed real estate loans for clients and will also head restructuring efforts within the parent company, NAS Invest Group. Bindrich will continue to drive the growth of LoanLand's debt fund platform and attract institutional investors.
Betz brings over two decades of experience in real estate finance, credit, and risk management from his previous roles at Hamburg Commercial Bank, BF.real estate finance, HIH Invest Real Estate, Commerzbank, and McKinsey & Company.
LoanLand aims to further solidify its position as a real estate finance specialist in the DACH region. The company currently manages institutional funds worth several hundred million euros.
