Logicenters appoints Jens Nordlinder as asset manager

Logicenters has brought on Jens Nordlinder as their new asset manager, a move aimed at strengthening their team and fostering long-term value for their property portfolio through close customer collaboration.

Nordlinder has a strong background in property management, customer service, and development. He previously worked as a Customer Account property manager at Fastighetsägarna and before that, at HSB, where he managed procurement, follow-ups, and maintenance plan development. He also has project management experience from John Mattson Fastighets. 
In his new role, Jens will oversee the day-to-day and strategic management of Logicenters' properties, prioritising customer satisfaction, efficient operations, and sustainable growth. He will also work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to enhance quality and delivery.
