Logicor appoints Eva Sterner as head of Sweden

Logistics owner, manager, and developer Logicor has appointed Eva Sterner as senior director and head of Sweden.

Sterner will be responsible for Logicor's existing 180,000 m2 Swedish portfolio, as well as an additional 146,000 m2 currently under development. 
Bringing over 20 years of real estate experience, including her most recent position as head of Development at Logicenters (NREP's logistics platform), Sterner will spearhead Logicor's development and acquisition programs, as well as leasing activities in Sweden. She will be supported by her team based in Stockholm.
Logicor's development efforts are accelerating across Sweden. Logicor Park Gothenburg was completed earlier this year, and Logicor Stockholm South is currently under construction, with its steel frame nearing its highest point. This Stockholm site, aiming for BREEAM Excellent environmental certification, is strategically located near major motorways and is expected to be available for lease in Q3 2026. Further development opportunities are also present in Rosersberg and Staffanstorp.
