Logicor completes logistics park in Prague

Logistics real estate developer Logicor has completed the construction of Logicor Prague-Průmyslová, a 21,000 m2 distribution facility in one of Prague’s established industrial districts.

Located just five kilometres from the city centre, the urban logistics park offers direct access to the Czech Republic’s major motorway network and strong public transport links, ensuring seamless connectivity for both freight and employees.
The modern warehouse and office accommodation can be divided into up to four independent units or configured into larger spaces. Its strategic location enables rapid access across Prague while also serving as a convenient hub for regional and cross-border distribution.
The facility adheres to stringent sustainability standards, targeting BREEAM “Very Good” certification. Key environmental features include roof structures ready for photovoltaic panel installation, EV charging stations, DALI LED lighting, a smart metering system for enhanced energy efficiency, and extensive natural light utilisation through glazed facades with shading systems in office areas. The site also promotes biodiversity with native plant species in its landscaping and prioritises wellness and security through cycling access, additional EV charging points, and an automatic entry system with number-plate recognition technology.
