Logicor completes three logistics redevelopment projects in Germany
Logicor has finalised three redevelopment projects in Germany, delivering a total of approximately 65,400 m2 of modern lettable space.

Projects in Nuremberg, Neuss and Langenfeld
The initiative involved demolishing outdated structures in Nuremberg, Langenfeld, and Neuss and replacing them with flexible, multi-let facilities designed for a wide range of tenants, including e-commerce, logistics providers, and light industrial businesses.
The portfolio has seen immediate leasing success, with Logicor Park Langenfeld fully occupied upon completion. Strong interest is reported for the remaining sites, with the initial lease already signed for the Neuss property.
Sustainability was a core focus across all three developments. Each building meets the BEG 40 energy efficiency standard and is targeting DGNB Gold certification. Key eco-friendly features include photovoltaic systems, fossil fuel-free heating, and LED lighting. Additionally, the projects incorporate green roofs and façades while also focusing on the de-sealing of surfaces.
Strategically located, the properties benefit from excellent transport links. Langenfeld and Neuss are situated in the vital Rhine-Ruhr economic zone between Düsseldorf and Cologne, while Nuremberg serves as a major logistics hub in southern Germany. This positioning ensures efficient access to labour markets and key distribution networks for occupiers.
Janica Gerecke, managing director, head of Germany at Logicor, commented: “With the completion of three projects simultaneously, we have reached an important milestone in our redevelopment strategy in Germany. Our focus is on selectively enhancing existing locations and providing modern, sustainably designed space in established logistics regions. The initial leasing successes demonstrate that high-quality and flexible space solutions continue to see strong demand, even in a more challenging market environment.”
