Logicor expands Dutch logistics footprint

European logistics real estate company Logicor has purchased a 40,000 m2 plot and an existing 16,340 m2 logistics building in Dordrecht from Dutch investment company Perridon Holdings.

This acquisition enhances Logicor's presence in a key logistics region known for its excellent transport links and growth opportunities. The site provides direct access to the A16 (connecting Rotterdam and Antwerp) and the A15 (connecting Rotterdam and Nijmegen), and is close to the Port of Rotterdam and other major logistics centres in South Holland.
