European logistics real estate company Logicor has expanded its portfolio in Budapest by acquiring a strategically located logistics property in Budaörs, Hungary.

Logicor Alligator, Budaörs
Now named Logicor Alligator, this new freehold asset features approximately 28,000 m2 of warehouse and office space. It is situated within the M0 Budapest ring road, just 12 kilometres from the city centre, and is adjacent to Logicor's existing Camel, Shark, and Pharma parks.
The property is currently 80% leased, with about 22,000 m2 occupied by a global logistics provider specialising in freight forwarding, contract logistics, supply chain optimisation, ground transportation, and project logistics.
Domonkos Joó, senior director and head of Hungary & Austria at Logicor, stated: “The acquisition strengthens Logicor’s position in this key location. It also consolidates four neighbouring logistics parks in Budaörs, creating a combined logistics cluster of nearly 100,000 m2 in a prime, well-connected location. The property benefits from excellent transport connectivity, with proximity to the M1 motorway towards Western Europe, the M7 motorway towards the Croatian border, and the M0 Budapest Ring Road, making it ideally suited for both national and international distribution. The location is also well connected to public transport, including proximity to Budaörs railway station.
In Hungary, Logicor manages 172,000 m2 of logistics space across eight different parks. These facilities are primarily located along Budapest's main transportation routes.
