Logistea acquires industrial property in Finland for €25m

Swedish real estate company Logistea has finalized the purchase of a fully-leased industrial property in Hämeenlinna, Finland, for €25 mln.

The property, located at Länsiportintie 15, is a modern facility of 21,726 m², fully occupied by circular food packaging solution provider Faerch Finland. 
Approximately 85% of the space is dedicated to manufacturing and warehousing, while the remaining areas comprise offices and common areas.
Built in 2012, the asset has a ceiling height of 10-12 meters and a strong location adjacent to the highway between Helsinki and Tampere. 
The lease generates approximately €2.05 million in annual rent and has a remaining term of about 10 years. 
This acquisition, financed through a combination of bank loans and existing funds, expands Logistea's portfolio with a strategically located asset serving a financially strong tenant in the sustainable food packaging industry.
