Logistea acquires six logistics properties from DSV

Swedish real estate company Logistea has agreed to purchase five properties and one site leasehold in Sweden from DSV in a sale-leaseback transaction totalling SEK 587 mln (€52 mln).

All six properties are fully leased back to DSV Road under 10-year triple-net lease agreements, generating an annual rental income of SEK 42 mln (€3.7 mln).

The acquired assets, which collectively offer about 41,500 m2 of leasable area, are cross-dock terminals strategically located in various sub-markets. They were custom-built for DSV's logistics operations and include temperature-controlled facilities in some instances. Each asset is similarly sized, ranging from 7,000 to 8,300 m2.

The transaction involves properties in Karlstad, Gävle, Skara, Växjö, Östersund, and a site leasehold in Halmstad. The closing for most assets is anticipated on 30 March 2026, with the acquisition of Växjö Pantern 1 pending regulatory approval from the ISP.

The transaction is financed with bank loans and available funds.
