Logistea acquires two logistics properties for €27m

Swedish real estate company Logistea is set to expand its portfolio with the acquisition of two fully leased properties: Tunnan 1 in Trollhättan and Krysspricken 2 in Växjö.

The agreed underlying property value for these acquisitions is SEK 303 mln (€26.6 mln).
These properties collectively offer 33,488 m2 of leasable space, generating an annual rental income of SEK 21.7 mln (€1.9 mln), with an average remaining lease term of 11 years. The acquisition is expected to finalize on 11 February 2026.
Tunnan 1 in Trollhättan is a strategically located logistics property, close to major highways E45 and 44, offering 17,533 m2 and an annual rental income of approximately SEK 12.5 mln (€1.1 mln). It is fully leased to GKN Aerospace, a global leader in advanced aircraft structures and engine systems, whose Engines division is headquartered in Trollhättan.
Krysspricken 2 in Växjö is a well-situated industrial property spanning 15,954 m2, with an annual rental income of approximately SEK 9.3 mln (€0.8 mln). This property is fully leased to Gunnebo Industrier, a company in the lifting and material handling sector, which uses the site for development, manufacturing, and distribution. Both tenants are responsible for most of the operating and maintenance costs.

The properties are leased on long-term leases to leading financially strong tenants with a long history in Trollhättan and Växjö, respectively. The properties contribute quality, long lease duration and strong cash flow to our growing portfolio,o and we look forward to a long-term collaboration with the tenants."
