Logistea boosts logistics portfolio with €20m acquisition

Swedish real estate company Logistea is acquiring two fully leased properties in Sweden for SEK 226 mln (€20.3 mln).

Rönnebacken 1 in Ulricehamn

The properties, totaling 19,080 m2, are entirely leased to AP&T, a global industrial company, under 15-year triple-net lease agreements, generating approximately SEK 18.6 million in annual rental income. 
Rönnebacken 1 in Ulricehamn, a modern industrial facility built in 2014, is valued at SEK 179 million.
Ömmestorp 1:27 in Tranemo, a light industrial property developed between 1960 and 2012, is valued at SEK 47 million. 
The facilities serve as AP&T’s headquarters and are used for product development and the manufacturing of products. The tenant is responsible for all operating, maintenance and repair costs, as well as costs for insurance.
The acquisition is expected to close on September 1, 2025.

The purchase is being funded with a combination of bank financing and existing capital.
