Swedish logistics company Logistea has signed a contract to purchase a logistics property in Vansbro, Sweden, for SEK 433 mln (€40 mln).

Lyko logistics asset in Vansbro
The 36,652 m² property is fully leased to the beauty retailer Lyko for the next 19 years, generating an annual rent of SEK 34.1 mln (€3.1 mln).
This modern, energy-efficient logistics facility, completed in two stages between 2019 and 2023, boasts 12-metre ceilings, 18 loading docks, 200 parking spaces, and a 0.5 MW solar panel system.
The facility, which acts as Lyko's main Nordic distribution center, is primarily warehouse space (85%), with the rest dedicated to office and retail use. Lyko has a long-standing presence in Vansbro and has heavily invested in automating the property's operations.
Anders Nordvall, deputy CEO and CIO at Logistea, commented: “This acquisition further strengthens our portfolio with a state-of-the-art logistics property leased on a long-term contract to a leading and financially strong tenant well-established in Vansbro. The property adds quality, long lease duration, and a strong cash flow to our growing portfolio and is expected to significantly improve our earnings capacity per share.”
The deal, which will be financed with bank loans and own funds, is expected to close in May 2025.
