Swedish commercial real estate investor Logistri Fastighets has appointed Sofia Aasvold as its new deputy CEO, succeeding Ulf Attebrant in the role.

Sofia Aasvold
Sofia Aasvold joined Logistri's management team in January 2025 and is responsible for the company's property management and development initiatives.
Her appointment comes as Logistri's property portfolio expands and the company focuses more intensely on value-creating management and long-term growth.
Following this change, Logistri's management team will comprise Joachim Carlsson (CFO), Sofia Aasvold (property manager and deputy CEO) and Björn Uggla (business development).
David Träff, CEO of Logistri Fastighets, stated: "Sofia has played a central role in the development of Logistris' property portfolio and has strong strategic and operational leadership. The Board of Directors and I are very positive that she is now also stepping into the role of Deputy CEO."
Stockholm-based Logistri Fastighets primarily invests in the light industry, warehousing and logistics segments. The properties are located in Stockholm, Gothenburg and in southern and central Sweden, in proximity to strategic infrastructure such as major roads, railways and ports.
