Finnish residential real estate company Lumo Homes has announced that Tommi Valento will join the company as the new CFO and a member of the Management Team, starting no later than 13 January 2027.

Valento brings extensive experience, having served as CFO at Elenia since 2015.
His previous roles include group treasurer at Pohjolan Voima and head of Debt Advisory at KPMG.
Current CFO Erik Hjelt is set to retire on 1 July 2026. In the interim period, Antti Syvänen, the company's director of Finance and Business Controlling, will assume the role of CFO until Valento begins his tenure.
CEO Reima Rytsölä said: “Tommi has extensive CFO experience in a capital-intensive industry and vast expertise in capital structure management.”
