M Core has expanded its UK retail portfolio by acquiring Boston Shopping Park in Lincolnshire.

Boston Shopping Park
The 6,039 m2 retail park is strategically located on Horncastle Road, only a mile from Boston town centre and easily accessible via the A16. It features a 320-space car park and serves a large customer base of over 97,000 people within a 20-minute drive.
Boston Shopping Park houses a strong mix of national and essential retailers, including TK Maxx, Sports Direct, Iceland, The Food Warehouse, Home Bargains, and Card Factory. This blend of food, value, and everyday shopping makes it an important retail hub for the local community.
James Buchanan, Group managing director at LCP UK, part of M Core, commented: “This acquisition aligns with M Core’s strategic focus on securing well-located assets that offer long-term value and operational strength. Our investment approach continues to prioritise convenience, accessibility, and performance for both occupiers and customers.”
Barry Flint, Asset Management director at LCP, added: “Boston Shopping Park is a high-quality addition to our managed portfolio. With its established tenant base, strong visibility, and favourable local demographics, we see clear potential to enhance the park’s performance and ensure it remains a relevant and valued destination for the community.”
The acquisition was finalized with legal guidance from Catharine Gunz of Osborne Clarke. Representing M Core (specifically Proudreed) as joint agents were Duncan MacLaren of MacLaren & Partners and Ian Whittaker of Watling Real Estate. George Trimmer of Savills advised the vendors during the transaction.
